Champ Camp is a premier outdoor camp for kids. It focuses on teaching stewardship of the natural world through unique and exciting experiences that combine adventure, education, and fun. When you become a partner with Champ Camp, you’ll have the opportunity to help create meaningful and memorable summer experiences for children in your community. See how you can bring summer joy to your neighborhood through the Champ Camp Director or Camp Counselor positions!

As a Camp Counselor, you would:


  • ​​​​​​Implement our proven curriculum using your own creativity and skill to meet the unique needs of every child
  • Help children practice social-emotional skills
  • Guide kids through field trips and off-site adventures; create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
  • Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners

As a Champ Camp Director, you would:


  • Lead and supervise a group of Camp Counselors to create unique and engaging camp experiences
  • Partner closely with clients and community partners
  • Ensure your camp is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
  • Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
  • Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our camps
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills and adjust plans in real time
