Champ Camp Great Outdoors
Set in one-of-a-kind locations, our nature-based camp experience gives kids the chance to learn in new ways. Whether you’re leading a nature hike or teaching survival skills, you’ll help campers build confidence and lifelong memories when school is out.

Camp directors will:   
  • Hire and lead a team of counselors to create one-of-a-kind outdoor learning experiences.
  • Drive strategic decisions, from family enrollment to business revenue and performance. 
  • Promote a passion for outdoor activities and nature-based learning. 
  • Communicate clearly and build trusted relationships with families in the community. 
  • Drive recruitment and enrollment efforts through community engagement and events.  

Camp counselors will: 
  • Share their love for nature and the great outdoors by leading hands-on activities and field trips.
  • Help campers learn about caring for the natural environment. 
  • Support each child’s unique needs, interests, and learning style. 
  • Stay flexible, think on their feet, and keep a positive attitude. 
  • Create meaningful connections with campers, families, and local partners. 
  • Support the camp director and team to create to keep everyone safe.

Champ Camp
Champ Camp brings adventure right to school grounds during seasonal breaks. Kids build new skills, explore STEM, go on field trips, and learn through hands-on fun—and they need awesome camp counselors to help lead the way.

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of camp counselors to create unique and engaging camp experiences for every child.
  • Manage the business portfolio and make strategic decisions to improve revenue and family retention.

  • Spread the word about camp and bring in new families through local events.
