Employee resource groups (ERGs)

Our voluntary, employee-led communities are safe, powerful spaces for employees who share identities to come together to foster belonging, create awareness, and influence change. They’re just one way we’re living our promise to prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion at KinderCare Learning Companies.

ACCESSability ERG

Raising awareness of issues related to ability; increasing access to resources and opportunities for those experiencing barriers; and advocating for experiences that empower all people to participate with joy and confidence.

Black Heritage ERG

Building a safe community with meaningful connections that strengthen and retain the Black employee community and developing leadership opportunities for Black employees.

H.O.L.A ERG

Creating a safe and brave community committed to the advancement of Latinx/Hispanic employees through connection, career advancement, and employee experience.

PrideSpace ERG

Working to ensure all LGBTQIA+ employees feel represented, equal, and proud to be part of our diverse community, have the tools to succeed, and feel a strong sense of belonging and confidence.

Women’s ERG

Promoting a positive and inclusive space for women to be courageous, strengthen confidence, and lift each other up as we address wellbeing, mental health, and current women’s issues.

I feel very fortunate to work for an organization that is prioritizing and building DEI from within. Over the last 2 years, in partnership with the Advisory Caucus and the Strategy Team, employees from within KinderCare shared their experiences and perspectives that helped shape the strategic priorities for our DEI journey. It’s a people-centric approach to a people-centered journey. As an Asian American who has immigrant parents, this work is completely personal. We all want to belong and feel valued, and that’s what this work is all about.
